Who We Are.
Jedno is led by Stephanie Wilson and Sandra Saric. Together, we’ve guided organizations through the full A–Z of funding, from building readiness and shaping strategy to securing and stewarding investments. Over the past two decades, our work has helped unlock more than $250M in government and partner funding, fueling programs, innovation, and long-term growth.
We’ve each walked different paths, but we share the same vision: that funding shouldn’t feel like a mystery or a guessing game.
The Story of Jedno.
Jedno [YED-no] means “one” in several Slavic languages. For us, it symbolizes unity, collaboration, and alignment – the belief that when people come together with purpose, they can unlock far more than they could alone.
We chose the name because it reflects exactly what we’re building:
- One place where leaders can access the tools, knowledge, and support they need to secure funding.
- One community – ALL changemakers working toward the same goal.
- One vision for making government and partner funding more accessible, practical, and impactful.
Why Now.
We’ve seen too many incredible organizations lose out on opportunities — not because their ideas weren’t strong, but because their proposals weren’t positioned the right way. We knew there had to be a better system.
Jedno was born from that urgency. It’s the natural next step for both of us: combining our expertise, networks, and lived experiences to create a platform that demystifies funding and helps organizations go from “no” to “yes.”
